Responsibilities

The role includes performing minor lock installations, but primarily you will work service-oriented with our customers' agreements and resolve our customers' fault reports. The role is independent in nature, where you will plan your work in close consultation with project managers, salespeople, designers, and other service technicians. You will work with improvement measures and to some extent upselling to our customers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys a challenging job, and for the right person, it will mean the opportunity to further develop their professional skills.

The role is based in Linköping, and you will work from home or from our office in Linköping. The work takes place in Linköping and surrounding areas. Travel may occur. You will be part of a service team of three, where everyone is somewhat of a technical expert in their fields.

We are looking for someone who

• Has worked in a locking technical role for at least 3 years.
• Has experience with both mechanical and electronic locking solutions, as well as experience with door automation.
• Wants to work closely with our customers and provide service beyond the ordinary.
• General computer skills and interest in systems – with us, development is fast and often directed towards IT.
• Education at the high school level or YH. Relevant experience in locks or another relevant field is advantageous.
• Driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Journeyman or master's certificate is advantageous.

The position is placed in a security class with our customers, which means that you as a candidate must undergo a security review according to Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). The security review consists of a basic investigation, a security interview, and a background check with the Security Police. A successful security review is a prerequisite for the position.
